Michael is a certified Project Management Professional having delivered successful projects in excess of $100MM. As a Technology Leader with 18 years at Accenture and having run technology for The RMR Group (5 REITS and a Private Fund | $30B AUM), he is well versed in Property Technology.  Michael has been involved in multifamily, vacation rentals, hotels, commercial office, logistics and senior living assets for over 10 years and is currently focused on value-add and new development of multifamily apartments. Michael has experience in underwriting, property valuation, acquisition, leasing, management, and financing. Michael is also an advisory board member of startup venture suitepeople which focuses on hotel conversions to micro-housing.
